Are there benefits for a one-year contract?+
A rent reduction is planned for one-year contracts. Specific rates and eligibility terms will be explained during move-in consultation.
When can I move in?+
We are accepting inquiries with full-building renovation targeted for early December 2026. Actual move-in dates depend on construction progress and room availability.
How much are the deposit and monthly rate?+
The deposit is KRW 1,000,000 for all rooms. Monthly rates: Type A KRW 800,000 (for two), Type B KRW 700,000, Type C KRW 650,000, and Type D KRW 500,000.
Are electricity and city gas charged separately?+
Electricity and city gas are included in the monthly rate. There are no additional charges beyond the stated deposit and monthly rate.
Can two people live together?+
Type A accommodates two people at KRW 800,000 per month. Please mention shared occupancy during consultation.
Are bathrooms and laundry facilities provided?+
Rooms have bathrooms and integrated LG washer-dryers are provided. The renovation includes LG system air conditioning and latest-model Kiturami IoT boilers. Confirm actual room arrangements during a visit.
